Artist-crafted Ceramic Candle Holder: Cosmo

A sculptural candle holder in hand-glazed ceramic, with a sinuous shape culminating in a moon. Iridescent glaze with cosmic tones, decorated with spontaneous textures and two stars. Created by El Edén de Gabriel in Bogotá, Colombia.

Its undulating form rises upwards to culminate in a moon, which cradles the candle in its round, moon-textured hollow; a balance between sculpture and everyday object.

The surface is painted with an iridescent glaze on a black base, developed with a special technique by the artist: depending on the light, blue and pearly reflections emerge, reminiscent of a lunar, almost cosmic, surface. The body of the piece is enriched with spontaneous textures, light marks left by the artist's hand, and two small stars that decorate the ceramic, completing the nocturnal imagery of the piece.

How to use it

Designed to hold a thin candle (2 cm in diameter), this candle holder is a sculpture in its own right even when the candle is not lit. Perfect on a shelf, a bedside table, a centerpiece, or a personal altar: in the spaces you love most, where you want to bring a touch of light, poetry, and material.
