► Ette Ennaka People
The Ette Ennaka people, ancestral inhabitants of the Magdalena region, were known in the past as the Chimilas, part of the Great Chimila Nation.
► Inga people
The Inga people primarily inhabit the Putumayo region, having arrived with the expansion of the Inca Empire, from which they are descended.
► Kament́s̈a people
The Kamëntsá people, also known as Camsá, are an indigenous American ethnic group living in the Putumayo and Nariño departments of Colombia, a region of extraordinary natural wealth where the Amazon meets the Andean mountain range.
► Wounaan People
The indigenous Wounaan people have lived for over five centuries along the banks of the San Juan River, on the border between the departments of Chocó and Valle del Cauca, in the Colombian Pacific, and in the Darién region of Panama.
► Wayuu
The Wayuu inhabit the arid Guajira Peninsula, located on the border between Venezuela and Colombia, along the Caribbean Sea coast.
► Pastos
On the Núdo de los Pastos plateau, at about 3,000 meters in southern Colombia, the indigenous Pastos people have lived for millennia, now present in twenty-five resguardos.
► Emberá Chamí
The Emberá people are the third largest indigenous ethnic group in Colombia, with around 196,115 people.
